What can vendors expect when working with Unify?
Vendors can expect to perform tasks as they pertain to our business. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Re-keying locks
Hauling trash and debris
Making determinations of personal property
Inspecting properties for quality compliance
Lawn and landscape service
Bidding minor repairs and reporting property conditions
Securing and board-up services
Communicating with our home office efficiently
Installing smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and other minor hardware in homes
Janitorial and sales cleaning of homes
And much more....
General Requirements
Unify Preservation LLC is looking for quality vendors that have the following attributes: honest work ethic, timeliness, sense of urgency, strong organization skills, and great communication.
*We are currently looking for vendors in California, Nevada, and Ohio areas..
Equipment and document requirements:
W-9
Business License
Business and Vehicle Insurance
General Liability Insurance of 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 aggregate
Reliable truck with trailer towing capacity
Reliable home computer
Smartphone
Must be able to pass a background check
